We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Inventory Officer to oversee our inventory management processes, ensure accurate record-keeping, and maintain optimal stock levels to meet organizational needs. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, and internal teams to ensure seamless stock control, timely replenishment, and enhanced operational efficiency within our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels, and routine reconciliation processes.
- Monitor stock movement and replenishment needs proactively to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
- Coordinate seamlessly with procurement, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee timely stock availability.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory reports, analyze stock data, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure rigorous documentation, compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checks, and support scheduled inventory audits.
- Identify innovative process improvements to boost inventory efficiency and significantly reduce organizational wastage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in inventory management, demand planning, or supply chain operations.
- Strong technical proficiency in inventory planning, stock control, vendor management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across diverse teams, drive process improvements, manage operational risks, and strictly adhere to SOPs.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Must reside in close proximity to Victoria Island, Surulere, or Ojodu, as no accommodation is provided by the company.
