We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Inventory Manager to take charge of our client's inventory operations, stock control mechanisms, and reporting processes. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between warehouse logistics and sales operations, ensuring seamless product availability and optimal stock levels to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage daily inventory levels, stock movements, and automated replenishment cycles.
- Maintain impeccably accurate inventory records using advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory and stock valuation reports for senior management.
- Analyze complex stock data utilizing advanced Excel functions including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas.
- Coordinate seamlessly with sales, warehouse, and procurement teams to align stock with market demand.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical stock reconciliations against system records.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and fast-moving inventory items to minimize holding costs.
- Support the commercial and sales teams with real-time, accurate stock availability data.
- Enforce strict inventory documentation, security, and internal control procedures.
- Possess a B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain operations.
- Demonstrated practical experience in sales operations or working closely with sales teams is strictly required.
- Proficient hands-on experience using enterprise ERP systems for inventory tracking.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, specifically VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis formulas.
