In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining supply chain integrity, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring seamless coordination between our warehouse, finance, procurement, and logistics departments. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory records across all company locations and warehouses.
  • Monitor stock receipts, issues, transfers, and system adjustments efficiently.
  • Coordinate and meticulously document stock transfers between various sites.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and comprehensive physical stock checks.
  • Reconcile physical stock with system records and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate inventory updates within the ERP and inventory management systems.
  • Identify, document, and report stock losses, damages, and operational discrepancies.
  • Support periodic stock-taking exercises and internal or external inventory audits.
  • Prepare detailed inventory reports and continuously monitor overall stock accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Retail, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics teams to streamline operations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with established company inventory control procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management.
  • Strong working knowledge of stock reconciliation, physical audits, and cycle counting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience utilizing ERP and advanced inventory management software.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills with high proficiency in data management.
  • Excellent attention to detail and proven problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments.
  • Prior experience in retail, luxury retail, FMCG, or multi-location inventory operations will be a distinct advantage.
