In this pivotal role, you will serve as the official brand representative in your assigned region, driving operational excellence by ensuring seamless order fulfillment, accurate inventory management, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities- Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders within the assigned region in strict accordance with company standards.
- Manage local inventory records accurately, ensuring optimal stock availability and product safety at all times.
- Coordinate seamlessly with logistics partners to guarantee timely and reliable order deliveries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving delivery issues efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all orders, inventory movements, deliveries, returns, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to the central operations team.
- Build and sustain positive relationships with customers while upholding the professional image of the Friska brand.
- Escalate critical operational challenges, inventory gaps, or escalated complaints promptly to management.
- Must currently reside in either Abuja Central or Calabar.
- Demonstrated reliability with a strict commitment to same-day product delivery and payment remittances.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to collaborate and take direction from supervisory authorities.
- Proven ability to manage inventory and basic operational reporting accurately.
