About the Role
International Breweries Plc, a renowned manufacturing leader in Nigeria and part of the global AB InBev family, is seeking a diligent and meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic supply chain team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all inventory governance processes and physical movements of stock are accurately documented and reflected in SAP, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and quality service.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily documentation control by verifying SD shipment packs, Interdepot Movement Notes, and gate registers against physical documents and load plans.
- Process route settlement corrections, assign variance reasons, and track missing or unsigned invoices within specified timeframes.
- Handle routine administration tasks including capturing survey data, printing beer age concessions, raising purchase orders, and managing fuel usage records.
- Ensure all inventory management practices strictly adhere to internal audit, SARBox requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular stock takes, generate daily variance reports, and assist with issuing and receiving primary and secondary distribution shipments on SAP.
- Minimum of an HND or B.Sc in Management-related or Science-related courses.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience working in a stock control, inventory, or warehouse environment.
- Sound operational knowledge and hands-on proficiency with the SAP R3 system.
- Strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and robust interpersonal and communication skills.
