We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Assistant to join our dynamic team and help maintain our seamless retail operations across Lagos and nationwide.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, and other technical inventory.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our digital inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Organize and manage warehouse and showroom storage spaces for optimal safety, efficiency, and easy retrieval.
- Process stock transfers between retail locations and fulfill online orders accurately and promptly.
- Identify and report damaged, defective, or missing items immediately to management.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure stock availability meets customer demand.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Inventory Assistant, Stock Keeper, or similar retail operations role.
- Strong familiarity with consumer electronics, photography, or videography gear is a distinct advantage.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
