About the Role

We are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Inventory Accountant / Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team and support our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update accurate records of all inventory transactions, purchases, and stock levels.
- Reconcile inventory records with the general ledger and investigate any discrepancies or stock shrinkage.
- Coordinate and perform regular physical inventory counts and cycle checks.
- Analyze inventory costs, track standard product costs, and review manufacturing or purchasing variances.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory valuation, turnover, and consumption reports for management.
- Collaborate closely with procurement, warehouse, production, and sales teams to optimize stock levels.
- Ensure all accounting practices strictly adhere to standard regulations such as GAAP.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant accounting or inventory management experience in a structured environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
