About the Role

We are currently expanding our technical field team and seeking a dedicated Internet Installation Technician to join us in providing exceptional service quality to our growing customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and set up high-speed internet equipment at residential and commercial customer locations.
- Configure routers, switches, and other basic networking hardware for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and efficiently resolve internet connectivity issues in the field.
- Test newly installed equipment to verify signal strength, speed, and proper network connectivity.
- Carry out routine maintenance and deliver prompt technical support to clients when required.
- Maintain accurate daily records of completed installations, service calls, and assigned tasks.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or relevant technical training from a recognized institution.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant hands-on technical or field service experience.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles, cabling, and internet hardware is an advantage.
- Physically fit, highly adaptable, and willing to travel frequently for on-site client visits.
- Strong problem-solving abilities paired with clear and professional customer service communication.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and driving experience will be considered an added advantage.
