- Thoroughly verify employers and job listings to ensure complete authenticity before candidate submission.
- Match qualified job seekers with appropriate global positions that align with their skills and experience.
- Craft professional, tailored CVs and compelling cover letters to maximize candidate success rates.
- Manage the entire application submission and tracking process efficiently.
- Coordinate effective interview preparation and maintain professional communication with both clients and international employers.
- Secure, document, and deliver official employment offer letters through company-approved channels to meet monthly targets of 20 to 30+ successful placements.
- Proven experience in international recruitment, talent acquisition, human resources, or career coaching.
- Exceptional track record of target achievement in a fast-paced, results-driven professional environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- High level of digital literacy, including proficiency in ATS platforms, professional networking tools, and remote collaboration software.
