About the Role
Denam Properties Limited, a premier real estate development company based in Abuja, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Facility Officer for Denam Apartments Limited (DAL). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our buildings, technical infrastructure, and utilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all facilities and equipment.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, coordinate technical teams, and manage service providers to ensure top-tier delivery.
- Monitor critical utilities including power supply and water systems while maintaining accurate asset registers.
- Respond promptly to emergency repairs and maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, control operational costs, and generate regular performance reports for management.
- Bachelor degree or HND in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in facility management, maintenance engineering, or property operations.
- Strong expertise in vendor management, technical troubleshooting, budgeting, and safety compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and emergency response skills.
