Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate operational procedures, financial records, and internal control systems to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor daily transactions and financial activities to detect and prevent fraudulent practices, errors, or policy breaches.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and statutory requirements established by relevant authorities.
- Conduct regular audits of financial consultancy and consumer credit processes to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on audit findings and recommend practical corrective measures to management.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement robust internal control frameworks that safeguard company assets.
- B.Sc, BA, or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working within a bank or a reputable financial institution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
