Led by industry veterans, we are currently seeking a meticulous and driven Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team and uphold our high standards of financial integrity, compliance, and governance.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internal control, risk management, and governance processes.
- Conduct comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments and supply chain operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with IFRS, Nigerian tax regulations, and other statutory requirements.
- Review financial data, analyze discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Assess budgeting, costing, cash flow management, and financial planning processes.
- Prepare accurate audit reports and document findings clearly with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data.
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Master's degree, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting, or financial control.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, Nigerian tax laws, and monetary market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage ERP.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
