About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and analytical Account Officer to strengthen our finance department and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Record and update daily financial transactions accurately and promptly.
- Monitor income streams and follow up on outstanding payments and account-related issues.
- Assist with bank and transaction reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Maintain well-organised financial records and ensure proper documentation and filing of all transactions.
- Prepare account schedules and essential financial information required for management reports.
- Assist with payroll preparation and other staff payment records under the guidance of the Accountant.
- Support the Accountant with general accounting duties and ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern accounting software.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
