We are currently looking for a talented Finance Associate to join our vibrant team in Nigeria and contribute to our mission of sustainable power financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Perform regular bank, payment gateway, and account reconciliations to ensure complete data integrity.
  • Support customer solar financing aspects by tracking disbursements to energy providers and monitoring repayment schedules.
  • Assist in preparing timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies, process invoices, and optimize workflows.
  • Monitor cash flow, assisting management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local Nigerian financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
  • Maintain accurate records using modern accounting software and assist with internal and external audits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional finance or accounting experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or renewable energy.
  • Progress toward or completion of professional certifications such as ICAN, ACCA, or CFA is highly advantageous.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage, alongside advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated experience handling loan portfolios, credit operations, or payment gateways.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and numerical accuracy skills with great attention to detail.
