Bolton White Hotels & Apartments is a premier hospitality destination located strategically in the heart of Abuja, Nigeria. We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Internal Auditor to ensure our operations maintain the highest levels of financial integrity and efficiency. You will act as the guardian of our operational standards, directly impacting our bottom line and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular financial audits across all hotel outlets including Food and Beverage, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure accurate revenue capture.
- Identify operational vulnerabilities and implement proactive risk management solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian financial regulations, brand standards, and internal Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform routine inventory counts and spot checks on high-value assets such as liquor, linens, and technical equipment.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports for senior management detailing operational red flags and actionable recommendations.
- Lead thorough internal investigations into any unexplained financial variances or inventory discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5 to 7 years of proven auditing experience, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial management software and hotel property management systems.
