Key Responsibilities- Assist senior solar technicians with the physical installation, mounting, and wiring of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on roofs and ground mounts.
- Help configure, test, and commission solar inverters, charge controllers, and battery bank storage systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic checks on existing solar power installations to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company protocols, and industry regulations while working on-site.
- Load, unload, and organize solar equipment, tools, and materials at job sites and warehouse facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, equipment usage, and installation progress for project reports.
- Recent graduate or student studying Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Technology, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Basic understanding of electrical concepts, circuitry, and power systems.
- A strong passion for renewable energy and a genuine eagerness to learn practical technical skills.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, and lift heavy equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and good interpersonal communication skills.
