About the Role
Baker Hughes, a global leader in oilfield services operating in over 90 countries, is looking for a dynamic Project Manager - Integrated Solutions to join our team in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will lead the safe and successful delivery of integrated well construction, completions, intervention, and related energy projects. Acting as the primary customer interface, you will coordinate multiple product lines and service teams while driving operational excellence, financial performance, and exceptional customer satisfaction across all assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated projects across multiple product lines and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring all contractual commitments are successfully achieved.
- Drive project performance through effective risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage project financial performance, including tracking revenue, controlling costs, maximizing profitability, and maintaining cash flow.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Oversee project schedules, resource planning, operational readiness reviews, and robust contingency plans.
- Promote strict adherence to Baker Hughes HSE standards and ensure total compliance with company and customer requirements.
- Lead comprehensive project reviews, performance reporting, lessons learned sessions, and strategic improvement initiatives.
- Support ongoing business growth by actively partnering with commercial and sales teams on new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
- Substantial experience in the energy industry, including well construction, completions, intervention, P&A, or related operations.
- Proven extensive experience in project management, successfully delivering complex operational projects.
- Demonstrated strong technical knowledge of drilling and completions activities.
- Demonstrated experience managing project financial performance and commercial risk.
- Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with Microsoft Project experience considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (strongly preferred).
- Well Control awareness, with certification being an advantageous asset.
