Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging practical and theoretical lessons in Welding and Fabrication Engineering to National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students.
- Supervise student workshop practice, laboratory sessions, and industrial projects to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Assist senior academic staff in curriculum development, updating course materials, and conducting departmental research.
- Evaluate student performance through continuous assessments, examinations, and practical skill demonstrations.
- Participate in department meetings, academic committees, and community service initiatives organized by the college.
- Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Welding and Fabrication Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit.
- Must possess a valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter.
- Demonstrated practical experience in modern welding techniques, metal fabrication, and workshop safety management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills suited for an academic environment.
