Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical training in Transport Management to National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in line with current industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through continuous coursework, examinations, and practical projects.
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and career guidance to students to support their overall professional development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committee works, and college-wide academic events.
- Engage in continuous professional development, scholarly research, and community service initiatives.
- Possession of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Transport Management or a closely related discipline from a recognized and accredited institution with a minimum of Lower Credit.
- Mandatory possession of the NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and academic mentorship within a tertiary education setting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools and educational technology for modern classroom delivery.
