We are currently recruiting an Instructor II for Office Technology Management (Monolingual Studies) within the School of Management and Business Studies to help shape the future of our students through innovative teaching and practical training in technology, commerce, and management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical training in Office Technology Management to National Diploma and Higher National Diploma students.
- Assess student performance, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support academic progress.
- Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and curriculum content in line with accredited program standards.
- Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional development initiatives.
- Conduct research and engage in continuous professional development within the field of office technology and management studies.
- Mentor and advise students on academic performance, career paths, and professional ethics.
- Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies, Office Technology Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution with a minimum of Lower Credit.
- Must possess a valid National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Discharge Certificate or Exemption Letter.
- Demonstrated proficiency in modern office technologies, keyboarding, shorthand, and administrative communication.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills tailored for academic environments.
- Previous teaching, training, or relevant corporate administrative experience will be an added advantage.
