Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging theoretical and practical lessons in horticulture and crop production to secondary school students.
- Manage the school garden, greenhouse, and agricultural demonstration plots as living laboratories for student learning.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum and modern agricultural trends.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate academic records.
- Guide students through hands-on planting, weeding, pest management, and harvesting activities.
- Promote environmental awareness and sustainable farming techniques among students.
- Relevant academic qualifications in Agriculture, Horticulture, Crop Science, or a related field.
- Proven teaching or instructional experience, preferably within a secondary school environment.
- Deep practical knowledge of crop production, soil science, and plant maintenance.
- Applicants must reside within Ijegun, Ikotun, Isheri, and surrounding areas in Lagos State.
- Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
