We are committed to providing comprehensive and continuous education for students across multiple developmental stages, running dedicated programs from Early Years through Secondary education, as well as specialized skill acquisition tracks. We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Instructor in Beauty and Cosmetology to train the next generation of creative professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and practical lessons in beauty, makeup, hair care, skincare, and general cosmetology.
- Develop and update comprehensive lesson plans and training manuals aligned with industry standards.
- Assess student progress through practical demonstrations and written evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized training studio or laboratory environment.
- Guide students on modern beauty trends, salon hygiene, client consultation, and entrepreneurial skills.
- Mentor students and encourage their creative growth and professional development in the beauty industry.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, certifications, or professional diplomas in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field.
- Proven practical experience working as a cosmetologist, beauty therapist, or vocational instructor.
- Applicants must currently reside in and around Ijegun, Ikotun, Isheri, and surrounding areas in Lagos State for easy commuting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to inspire students and demonstrate hands-on techniques effectively.
