Key Responsibilities- Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional, personalized service throughout their shopping journey.
- Promote, showcase, and upsell products effectively to achieve and exceed monthly store sales targets.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all store products, pricing structures, and current promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage product returns professionally and efficiently.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing cash, card, and digital payments with precision.
- Ensure retail shelves are consistently well-stocked, clean, and merchandised according to brand standards.
- Support general inventory management, stock control audits, and routine stock-taking activities.
- Collaborate closely with team members and store management to achieve overarching store objectives.
- Must be a fresh graduate from an accredited tertiary institution with a degree in any discipline.
- Possess high intelligence, excellent communication skills, and a naturally customer-friendly disposition.
- Mandatory residency within Lekki or its immediate surrounding environments for easy commute.
- Strong basic numeracy skills and proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
