Key Responsibilities- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot large injection molding machines to ensure continuous and efficient production output.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery lifespan.
- Handle and optimize injection molding processes specifically for PE, PET, and PP plastic bottle manufacturing.
- Conduct regular quality checks on molded products to ensure they meet strict company standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company health and safety policies.
- Keep accurate records of machine maintenance, material usage, and production downtime.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Trade Test in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven hands-on experience working with large injection molding machines within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with thermoplastic materials including PE, PET, and PP used in plastic bottle production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults quickly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
