We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Network Consulting Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria, to drive technical excellence and deliver exceptional value to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and adequately define complex customer business and technical requirements.
- Implement robust network system architectures and develop detailed implementation design drawings.
- Prepare and document comprehensive standard operating manuals for newly installed solutions.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure devices and advanced solutions.
- Ensure rapid incident detection and swift resolution for all critical issues at customer locations.
- Write detailed technical reports including assessment findings, outcomes, and propositions for system enhancements.
- Assist the sales team by preparing technical presentations, statements of work, and matching client needs with effective technical solutions.
- Participate actively in client consultations and product capability assessments with prospective enterprise clients.
- University Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven hands-on enterprise network engineering and consulting experience.
- Must possess Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or higher, such as CCIE.
- Deep understanding of core networking protocols and solid working knowledge of the OSI or TCP/IP model.
- Extensive hands-on experience utilizing network monitoring, diagnostic, and analytics tools.
