About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a renowned and leading firm in the beverage production industry, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Injection Molding Personnel to join our growing manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless production of high-quality plastic bottles, utilizing your technical expertise to optimize our manufacturing processes and machinery performance.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor large injection molding machines to produce PE, PET, and PP plastic bottles according to company standards.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and prompt repairs on injection molding equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished plastic products to ensure they meet stringent industry and company specifications.
- Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment on the factory floor.
- Minimum of a relevant technical certification, OND, or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering or related fields.
- Proven hands-on experience working with injection molding processes specifically for PE, PET, and PP plastic bottles.
- Demonstrated expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of large injection molding machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment and collaborate with a diverse team.
