About the Role
Viju Industries Nigeria Limited, a renowned and fast-growing leader in the beverage production industry, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Injection Molding Manager to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. In this critical role, you will oversee the production floor, ensuring optimal efficiency, product quality, and seamless operations across our manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily injection molding operations for PE, PET, and PP materials to meet production targets.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repairs for large injection molding machines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and company policies.
- Optimize machine output and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance schedules and effective process improvements.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production floor staff to foster a high-performance work culture.
- Collaborate with other department heads to plan production schedules and resource allocation efficiently.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as an Injection Molding Manager or similar supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.
- Deep technical familiarity with injection molding processes specifically for PE, PET, and PP materials.
- Extensive hands-on and maintenance experience working with large-scale industrial injection molding machines.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
