Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize the daily operations of the injection molding department for PE, PET, and PP plastic bottles.
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs for large injection molding machines to minimize downtime.
- Monitor production output and quality metrics to reduce waste and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train production technicians, machine operators, and maintenance staff.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and environmental standards across the production floor.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to troubleshoot defects and ensure all packaging meets industry specifications.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely equipment servicing and upgrades.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in injection molding operations within the beverage, packaging, or manufacturing sector.
- Extensive technical knowledge of PE, PET, and PP plastic bottle manufacturing processes.
- Proven maintenance and troubleshooting expertise with large-scale injection molding machinery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
