We are currently looking for a skilled Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Officer to oversee our IT infrastructure, guarantee optimal network performance, and support our dynamic workforce in maintaining high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Set up, monitor, and update computers, servers, printers, and essential business software.
- Manage local area networks (LAN), internet access, Wi-Fi connectivity, and user accounts.
- Ensure robust data security by installing antivirus tools, protecting company files, and running routine system backups.
- Track IT equipment inventory and coordinate effectively with outside tech suppliers and vendors.
- Train employees on how to securely and efficiently utilize new software and hardware systems.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an ICT Officer or in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, hardware troubleshooting, and data security practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
