About the Role

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and diligent In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) Officer to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for safety, efficacy, and excellence by monitoring production processes and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards across all manufacturing phases.
Key Responsibilities- Perform thorough line clearance activities prior to the commencement of various operations, including dispensing, manufacturing, filling, inspection, sealing, labeling, and packing.
- Execute process validation, cleaning validation and verification, hold time studies, media fills, and routine batch sampling strictly adhering to established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production floors continuously to ensure adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and company quality standards.
- Document all quality control data accurately and report any deviations promptly to the QA management team for corrective and preventive actions.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on IPQC or quality assurance experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of cGMP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and standard laboratory safety procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
