Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct precise land and engineering surveys for various residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Prepare comprehensive site plans, topographical maps, and boundary surveys using advanced surveying equipment and software.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and civil engineers to ensure accurate site measurements and alignments.
  • Perform cost estimations, quantity surveying, and material take-offs for upcoming developments.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to engineering designs, safety standards, and local zoning regulations.
  • Resolve any boundary discrepancies or land-related disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Quantity Surveying, Geomatics, Land Surveying, or a related field.
  • Proven professional experience working as a surveyor within the construction or real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in using modern surveying instruments such as Total Stations, GPS, and CAD software.
  • Deep understanding of Nigerian construction standards, land laws, and property regulations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary departments.
