  • Enforce strict EHS compliance on site, mandating personal protective equipment (PPE) and addressing potential safety hazards immediately.
  • Coordinate with OSP contractors and work crews, tracking daily progress, manpower utilization, and material consumption to prevent delays.
  • Manage local community relations, property owners, and authorities regarding wayleave and site access to minimize disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs, progress photos, as-built records, and handover reports.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in OSP construction, site supervision, or network rollouts within the Nigerian or broader African telecommunications market.
  • Solid technical understanding of aerial, underground, and direct burial fiber optic installation methods alongside blueprint reading proficiency.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fiber optic testing, splicing techniques, and fault diagnosis using industry-standard tools.
  • Working knowledge of quality control frameworks, EHS standards, and Nigerian telecom construction regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and contractor-management skills with proficiency in MS Office and basic mapping tools.
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field, travel across regional sites, and handle physically demanding environments.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary package commensurate with industry standards.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement in a leading telecom services firm.
  • Comprehensive health insurance and medical coverage.
  • A collaborative, safety-first work environment with supportive leadership and highly trained technical teams.
