About the Role
Casafina Development Company, a premier alternative asset management and real estate firm, is seeking a seasoned and driven Builder to lead our ambitious construction projects in Nigeria. In this critical role, you will be responsible for transforming architectural visions into structural realities, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and financial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring construction activities align with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Supervise and coordinate artisans, laborers, subcontractors, and construction personnel to maintain high workmanship quality.
- Implement rigorous material management and cost control strategies to minimize waste and keep projects within budget.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental compliance, maintaining a secure working environment for all stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with the National Building Code, local regulations, and statutory standards.
- Prepare periodic progress reports, maintain accurate site documentation, and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Building Technology or a related field.
- Full registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) is mandatory.
- Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) is an added advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of demonstrable construction industry experience, specifically in residential, estate, or high-rise projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project and strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
