About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a driven Implementation Officer to join our team in Plateau (Jos North). In this role, you will act as the primary guide for new retail customers, ensuring they successfully adopt the Moniebook POS into their daily store operations through structured, high-touch onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans to guide retail customers from signup to full operational usage.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions for store staff on core Moniebook features and workflows.
- Monitor customer usage data, transaction volumes, and feature adoption to identify and support at-risk accounts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and coordinate seamless handoffs to Account Managers upon onboarding completion.
- Gather customer feedback and product insights to collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management (preferably in SaaS or POS technology).
- Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Must be based in Plateau (Jos North).
