About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa’s real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a driven Implementation Officer to join our team in Enugu (covering Enugu North, Nsukka, Enugu South, and Enugu East). In this role, you will ensure new retail customers successfully adopt the Moniebook POS into their daily store operations through structured, high-touch onboarding experiences, bridging the gap between sales and long-term customer success.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans that guide customers from signup to full operational usage with clear milestones and success metrics.
- Guide retail customers through initial Moniebook POS setup, configuration, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to educate retail staff on core features and best practices.
- Monitor customer usage data, transaction volume, and feature adoption to proactively identify and support at-risk accounts.
- Provide troubleshooting support for technical issues, resolve user errors, and manage escalations effectively.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and execute seamless, well-documented handoffs to Account Managers upon onboarding completion.
- Capture and share customer feedback, feature requests, and market insights with Product and Engineering teams.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management within SaaS, retail technology, or POS systems.
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Must reside in Enugu (Enugu North, Nsukka, Enugu South, or Enugu East) and indicate a preferred location.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills.
