About the Role
Moniepoint Inc. is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a dynamic Implementation Officer to join our team in Edo State (Ikpoba Okha, Oredo, Etsako West, Ovia North, and Uhunmwonde). In this hybrid, outsourced role, you will act as the primary guide for new retail customers, ensuring they successfully adopt the Moniebook POS system into their daily store operations within their first 30 to 60 days.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute tailored onboarding programs that guide retail merchants from signup to full operational usage.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, educating retail staff on core Moniebook features and workflows.
- Monitor customer usage data, transaction volumes, and feature adoption to proactively identify and support at-risk accounts.
- Provide frontline technical troubleshooting, resolving user errors and escalating complex issues to the product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure seamless, well-documented handoffs to Account Managers upon onboarding completion.
- Capture and relay valuable customer feedback and product insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management, preferably within SaaS, retail technology, or POS systems.
- Must reside in Edo State, specifically within Ikpoba Okha, Oredo, Etsako West, Ovia North, or Uhunmwonde, and indicate a preferred location.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train diverse audiences effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and a deep customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
