About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa's real economy by building a comprehensive financial ecosystem for businesses. We are currently looking for a driven and customer-focused Implementation Officer to join our team in Delta State, covering areas such as Ughelli North, Oshimili South, Oshimili North, Ika South, Ethiope East, and Uvwie. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging the gap between sales and long-term customer success by ensuring new retail clients successfully adopt the Moniebook POS system into their daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and execute tailored onboarding plans to guide retail merchants from initial signup to full operational usage of Moniebook POS.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions for retail staff to ensure high product confidence and independent platform usage.
- Monitor customer transaction volumes, feature adoption, and engagement data to proactively identify and support at-risk accounts.
- Provide prompt technical troubleshooting and effectively escalate complex issues to product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, configuration details, and onboarding milestones.
- Facilitate smooth account manager handoffs, providing comprehensive context on merchant goals and ongoing support needs.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management within SaaS, retail tech, or POS industries.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a deeply customer-first mindset.
- High level of organization and attention to detail for managing multiple onboarding projects concurrently.
- Must reside in Delta State, specifically within Ughelli North, Oshimili South, Oshimili North, Ika South, Ethiope East, or Uvwie.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
