We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our structured and vibrant team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their packaging and branding needs while ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide detailed information regarding our custom packaging options, pricing, and production timelines.
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate closely with the production and design teams to ensure prompt delivery.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints efficiently, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments in the company database.
- Assist the sales and marketing teams by identifying upselling opportunities and gathering valuable client insights.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing, retail, or creative industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with high emotional intelligence and patience.
- Proficiency in using digital communication tools, social media platforms, and basic office productivity software.
