About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitising Africa’s real economy by building an innovative financial ecosystem for businesses. We provide essential payment, banking, credit, and management tools to help enterprises thrive. We are currently looking for a result-oriented Implementation Officer to join our team in Akwa Ibom State (specifically covering Uyo and Abak).
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute tailored onboarding plans to guide new retail merchants from signup to full operational usage of the Moniebook POS.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions, educating retail staff on core features, best practices, and daily operational workflows.
- Monitor customer usage data and transaction volumes to proactively identify at-risk merchants and deliver targeted support.
- Provide frontline troubleshooting and technical support, escalating complex issues to Engineering teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of customer interactions, configurations, and onboarding milestones.
- Execute seamless handoffs of fully onboarded merchants to Account Managers for long-term relationship management.
- Gather and share valuable customer feedback and product insights with the Product team to drive continuous improvement.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management within SaaS, retail tech, or POS industries.
- Based in Akwa Ibom State, with specific presence or familiarity in Uyo and Abak.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to train diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose merchant challenges effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.
