About the Role
Moniepoint is a leading financial technology company digitizing Africa's real economy by building a robust financial ecosystem for businesses. We are looking for a dedicated Implementation Officer based in Abia (Aba North, Aba South, or Umuahia North) to ensure new retail customers successfully adopt the Moniebook POS into their daily store operations through structured, high-touch onboarding experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Create and execute tailored onboarding plans that guide retail customers from signup to full operational usage.
- Guide merchants through initial Moniebook POS setup, configuration, and workflow optimization.
- Conduct engaging live training sessions for retail staff on core features and operational best practices.
- Monitor customer usage data and proactively intervene with at-risk accounts showing low adoption.
- Resolve technical issues, provide troubleshooting support, and manage escalations to engineering teams.
- Execute smooth, well-documented handoffs to Account Managers to ensure long-term retention and success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Communication, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or account management.
- Must have completed the NYSC program or possess a valid exemption certificate.
- Must be based in Abia State (Aba North, Aba South, or Umuahia North).
