About the Role
VillageReach is a global health innovator dedicated to strengthening healthcare delivery in low-resource environments by developing sustainable solutions for last-mile challenges. We are looking for a dynamic Immunization Supply Chain Manager to lead our in-country efforts in Nigeria, focusing on mobile cold chain equipment and temperature-controlled vaccine storage to enhance immunization outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate national and state-level government engagements, multi-partner planning, and alignment with regional project teams.
- Manage in-country workplans, field activities, procurement timelines, and deployment readiness for innovative devices in coordination with partners like UNICEF.
- Oversee operational assessments, equipment testing, and outreach planning workshops to evaluate performance, usability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Synthesize field data to generate evidence summaries, progress reports, and practical decision-support resources for government stakeholders.
- Master's degree in public health, supply chain management, international development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in vaccine supply chains, immunization programs, or complex health system implementations in Nigeria.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with NPHCDA, SPHCDAs, and EPI teams across national and state levels.
- Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and written communication skills in English, with Hausa proficiency being an advantage.
