Key Responsibilities- Provide immediate, high-quality first aid and emergency medical care to residents, guests, and staff members.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, incident reports, and health logs in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine health screenings, wellness checks, and coordinate specialist care when requested by residents or guests.
- Ensure the medical facility and first-aid stations are fully stocked, sterile, and compliant with all Nigerian health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the hospitality and security teams to manage health-related contingencies and emergency response protocols seamlessly.
- Educate staff and residents on preventive healthcare, hygiene practices, and general wellness guidelines.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Registered Nurse (RN) certification from a recognized institution.
- Current and valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Proven work experience as a nurse, preferably within a luxury hospitality, high-end residential, or corporate medical environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills with a strong customer-service orientation.
- First aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are strongly preferred.
