About the Role

We are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated ICT Teacher to join our vibrant academic community in Lagos. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the digital literacy of our students, equipping them with essential technology skills required for the modern world.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive ICT lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Design lesson plans that promote digital literacy, critical thinking, and creativity among students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment in the computer laboratory.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and encourage active participation during practical sessions.
- Integrate modern educational technology and software tools into daily teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize school events, tech clubs, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant professional teaching certifications (e.g., TRCN) will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience teaching ICT to children and youth in a recognized educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and basic coding for students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Must reside within Lagos State, specifically around the Oshodi/Ejigbo axis or its environs for easy commuting.
