We are currently looking for a talented and motivated ICT Officer to join our team in Warri. In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless operation of technology systems, provide exceptional technical support to users, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line ICT support and efficiently resolve user incidents across various platforms.
- Support the daily operations of hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices.
- Maintain hospital and enterprise information systems while managing secure user access controls.
- Apply robust ICT security protocols and data-protection practices to safeguard sensitive information.
- Maintain accurate ICT asset inventories and comprehensive support records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate second-tier teams when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree, HND, or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Successful completion of the mandatory NYSC program or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Demonstrated experience in an ICT support or helpdesk operational role.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
