About the Role

We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled ICT Officer to join our growing team and ensure the seamless operation of our technological infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line ICT support and promptly resolve user hardware, software, and network incidents.
- Support the configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, network infrastructure, and mobile devices.
- Assist in managing hospital and corporate information systems, ensuring smooth user access control.
- Apply rigorous ICT security and data protection practices to safeguard sensitive company and client information.
- Maintain comprehensive ICT asset inventories and accurate support documentation records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams or specialized vendors when necessary.
- Bachelor's Degree, HND, or ND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Mandatory completion of NYSC or possession of a valid exemption certificate.
- Proven hands-on experience in an ICT support or IT helpdesk environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, network troubleshooting, and ICT security basics.
