We are currently looking for a skilled ICT Officer to deliver robust technical support, resolve user incidents, and maintain our cutting-edge technology systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable first-line ICT support and promptly resolve user technical incidents.
- Support the seamless operation of hardware, software, network infrastructures, and digital devices.
- Maintain hospital and corporate information systems, managing secure user access controls.
- Apply rigorous ICT security and data-protection practices to safeguard company information.
- Maintain comprehensive ICT asset inventories and meticulous support records.
- Escalate complex technical issues appropriately to senior engineering teams for rapid resolution.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ICT support frameworks, hardware, software, and local networks.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Foundational understanding of ICT security best practices and data privacy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-support orientation.
