About the Role
Interrand Homes & Properties Limited, a leading subsidiary of the Interrand Group in the construction and real estate development sector, is seeking a proactive, technically skilled, and digitally savvy ICT Officer to join our vibrant team in Abuja. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our technological infrastructure while driving our digital marketing and advertising initiatives to support our business growth across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable technical support to staff and promptly resolve day-to-day ICT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and essential office equipment.
- Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, secure network infrastructure, and stable internet connectivity.
- Oversee company email accounts, digital platforms, and user access controls.
- Maintain proper data backups and ensure robust security of company data and digital assets.
- Keep an updated inventory of all ICT equipment, hardware, and company devices.
- Provide technical assistance for virtual meetings, corporate presentations, and digital operations.
- Support the implementation of internal cybersecurity policies and data protection practices.
- Assist in executing digital marketing activities, online presence management, and Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor advertising campaign performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide regular reports on leads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Recommend innovative technology and digital solutions to improve overall business operations and marketing performance.
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid working knowledge of computer hardware, software troubleshooting, networking, and system maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern digital productivity tools.
- Good understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to set up, run, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in an ICT support or digital marketing role is a distinct advantage.
- Prior working experience within the real estate or construction industry will be an added advantage.
