About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are looking for a visionary and results-driven ICT Manager to lead our information technology department and align technological capabilities with our strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Operationalize IT strategies and ensure systems, policies, and practices support the short- and long-term goals of the group.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the group IT team, fostering an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Identify business process improvement and automation opportunities, driving positive operational change through technology.
- Manage departmental budgets, monitor spending, and build relationships with local and international vendors, including SAP AG.
- Ensure a secure IT infrastructure, maintaining robust data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Drive compliance with Occupational Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies and relevant legal standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another numeric discipline.
- Minimum of 14 years of relevant post-graduation experience within a structured corporate environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, IT governance, vendor management, and enterprise system implementation.
