Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive campus IT strategy aligned with the university's vision and long-term goals.
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, robust infrastructure, network security, and telecommunications systems.
- Oversee technology support services to deliver seamless experiences for students, faculty, and staff.
- Lead complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and scope.
- Manage IT vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT governance, data privacy policies, and cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of high-performing IT professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is an added advantage.
- 8 to 12 years of cognate IT operations and management experience with a proven track record.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or PMI are strongly preferred.
- Deep technical expertise in network infrastructure, virtualization, wireless tech, and security protocols.
