About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious HydraCrane Operator to join our dynamic industrial team and contribute to our ongoing socio-economic development efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Operate Hydra crane equipment safely and efficiently across various site locations.
- Perform lifting, loading, unloading, and precise material movement activities.
- Conduct daily pre-operational equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure strict compliance with approved lifting plans and company safety procedures.
- Monitor equipment condition closely and report any maintenance requirements promptly.
- Support plant and operational teams seamlessly during heavy lifting activities.
- Maintain accurate operational records and strictly follow site regulations.
- Minimum of an SSCE or relevant technical qualification.
- Valid Hydra/Crane Operator certification or proven operating experience.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience operating Hydra equipment in manufacturing, steel, construction, or industrial environments.
- Good understanding of standard lifting operations and workplace safety protocols.
- Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, and identify basic equipment faults.
- Strong safety awareness, communication, and teamwork skills.
